Was looking to build a gazebo in the back yard. I checked out the kits at the builder supply but they were too flimsy. Got in touch with Nelson at Ozark Premier. He came out, we discussed what I wanted and what materials. Within a week it was built off site. They laid a gravel pad, leveled it, and delivered my gazebo. All treated lumber except for the rafters. 16×10 and I love it! Top quality workmanship and materials. And 4 years ago he installed my privacy fence. Also top quality. Thanks.

Best portable buildings in NWA.
I was in the market for a 12×20 barn and spent 8 months looking and comparing buildings from all the various local vendors.
Most want to sell you only what they have on hand, and almost deter you from ordering exactly what you want, was told at least 4-6 weeks and up to several months wait for custom colors and trim.
Stud spacing and building materials can vary greatly between builders so pay close attention when comparing prices.
My last stop was @ Ozark Premier buildings just outside Huntsville, where I met Nelson.
His prices were fair and consistent with others but the quality was far superior, the metal buildings are trimmed out just like a commercial metal shop building, stud spacing same as residential construction and all lumber is top grade material, no 2×3 bs or knot filled low grade lumber. Trim work is perfect, all fasteners are straight and in even rows. Colors are exactly as chosen, and look amazing.
He told me 2 weeks from start to delivery, which I didn’t believe after what I had been told by all the other builders, but it was done in less than 10 days and was exactly what I had ordered. Delivery and setup was impressive, had it unloaded and level exactly where I wanted it in about an hour.
Delivery guy was great and very professional as well, blocks are straight and even and set properly so skirting can be installed without any issues.
Will def be buying another one from Nelson @ Ozark Premier Buildings when the need arises.

Nelson, was patient and diligent in getting me quoted up a few times before deciding on a final design. He built the shed in 9 days! This was sooner than I expected but a pleasant surprise. I’m very happy with how it turned out. Just how I asked for it to be made and very well done.

Additionally, I want to sing praise for the delivery guy. You can tell he knows what he’s doing. He did a hell of a job backing up with a long trailer onto the gravel pad I set out. He made sure everything was perfectly level on two blocks, like I asked. Everything was spot on before he left.

Nelson was very helpful in helping me build my 1st shed house. He took time out of his vacation to get me going so I could get into my building. It has been a rough road but Nelson was amazing the whole time. He always responds when I send him messages. We are buying all of our shed homes through him. He has quality sheds and less expensive than most. He has been a total blessing to my family. The gentleman delivering the house was amazing as well. He was very efficient and fast. I love Ozark Premier Buildings.
