We recently met with this energetic couple to tour their property and learn about their unique accommodations. Ben and Hope purchased Pig Trail Lodging and RV Park and its twenty-three surrounding acres in May 2025. Ben hails from Oregon, and Hope from Alaska, where they met while working in the oil fields.

Pig Trail Lodging and RV Park offers a variety of accommodations, including motorcoach and RV hookups. The Big Eddy, along with The Sac, built by Ozark Premier Buildings, features two full bedrooms and two full baths, with a washer and dryer combo. Both The Big Eddy and The Sac are perfect for family stays. The Moonshine Ford and Spirits Creek cabins, also built by Ozark Premier Buildings and named for places along The Mulberry River, feature two queen beds, a kitchenette, bathroom, electric fireplace, Smart TV, and Wi-Fi. Each home and cabin features a porch for a relaxing end to your day. Ben and Hope have included all the details on local places to enjoy the outdoors right on their website under TRAILS and MAPS. Pig Trail Lodging and RV Park offers guests direct access to the Millcreek Trail System, which includes waterfalls, swimming holes, and a variety of trails. Ben and Hope offer personal guidance for local fishing, floating, and hiking. On-site, The Camp Store, built by Ozark Premier Buildings, provides the basics for campers, including ice, firewood, beverages, t-shirts, and side-by-side gear. The Camp Store’s big front porch has been known to host evening get-togethers for fellow campers. Right off the Camp Store, there is a delightful swimming pool for guests to enjoy. Ben and Hope also host The Bear Lodge, a sister property, in Ozone, Arkansas. The Bear Lodge is set up to host larger families or large group gatherings in this spacious seven-bedroom home.

Looking ahead, Ozark Premier Buildings is excited to collaborate with Ben and Hope. Plans are underway to add a second bathhouse with laundry facilities and two additional cabins.
