Was looking to build a gazebo in the back yard. I checked out the kits at the builder supply but they were too flimsy. Got in touch with Nelson at Ozark Premier. He came out, we discussed what I wanted and what materials. Within a week it was built off site. They laid a gravel pad, leveled it, and delivered my gazebo. All treated lumber except for the rafters. 16×10 and I love it! Top quality workmanship and materials. And 4 years ago he installed my privacy fence. Also top quality. Thanks.

Best portable buildings in NWA.
I was in the market for a 12×20 barn and spent 8 months looking and comparing buildings from all the various local vendors.
Most want to sell you only what they have on hand, and almost deter you from ordering exactly what you want, was told at least 4-6 weeks and up to several months wait for custom colors and trim.
Stud spacing and building materials can vary greatly between builders so pay close attention when comparing prices.
My last stop was @ Ozark Premier buildings just outside Huntsville, where I met Nelson.
His prices were fair and consistent with others but the quality was far superior, the metal buildings are trimmed out just like a commercial metal shop building, stud spacing same as residential construction and all lumber is top grade material, no 2×3 bs or knot filled low grade lumber. Trim work is perfect, all fasteners are straight and in even rows. Colors are exactly as chosen, and look amazing.
He told me 2 weeks from start to delivery, which I didn’t believe after what I had been told by all the other builders, but it was done in less than 10 days and was exactly what I had ordered. Delivery and setup was impressive, had it unloaded and level exactly where I wanted it in about an hour.
Delivery guy was great and very professional as well, blocks are straight and even and set properly so skirting can be installed without any issues.
Will def be buying another one from Nelson @ Ozark Premier Buildings when the need arises.

I chose Ozark Premier buildings to build my shed because I could tell the buildings were made with quality materials and with quality craftsmanship.

Nelson, was patient and diligent in getting me quoted up a few times before deciding on a final design. He built the shed in 9 days! This was sooner than I expected but a pleasant surprise. I’m very happy with how it turned out. Just how I asked for it to be made and very well done.

Additionally, I want to sing praise for the delivery guy. You can tell he knows what he’s doing. He did a hell of a job backing up with a long trailer onto the gravel pad I set out. He made sure everything was perfectly level on two blocks, like I asked. Everything was spot on before he left.

I couldn’t be happier with my purchase and customer experience. Two thumbs over 👍🏽👍🏽

Nelson was very helpful in helping me build my 1st shed house. He took time out of his vacation to get me going so I could get into my building. It has been a rough road but Nelson was amazing the whole time. He always responds when I send him messages. We are buying all of our shed homes through him. He has quality sheds and less expensive than most. He has been a total blessing to my family. The gentleman delivering the house was amazing as well. He was very efficient and fast. I studied and researched for several months trying to find and get comfortable with a tiny house provider. I 100% knew very shortly after speaking with Nelson that he was the provider to use. He is very honest, and his goal is to get the customer a top quality building that suits their need and expectation at a fair and honest price. The custom build and delivery time was as promised and very accommodating. Nelson made the whole process seem effortless from answering every question to patiently getting every detail as needed all the way from design to delivery. We are very satisfied!

The delivery drivers went above and beyond and worked incredibly hard leveling the blocks, double blocking and made sure that I was completely satisfied with the placement. I did my whole transaction remote. This company was trustworthy, timely and fair. Their guys delivered my shed in the exact spot I located it. I questioned if they could move a 12’x20’ shed through steep terrain and trees with switchbacks and rough going. They did just that with skill and more so concern for the shed. I would without hesitation purchase again.

Love my new run in shed and so do my horses. The built in tack room is very spacious and convenient for all my tack and feed. The delivery process was fast and easy. They replaced a part for me that was broke on the ride over and put the shed exactly where I wanted it. Communication between the owner of Ozark Premier Building was also great. He got back to me quickly and answered all my questions. Highly recommend these guys!

I submitted a cabin online through his shed design and within an hour Nelson reached out to me. I was nervous with designing our cabin but he listened to what I wanted and offered great suggestions! He answered all my questions I had throughout the whole process. His crew that delivered the cabin was amazing also! He navigated it with ease and was efficient with setting the cabin for us. I definitely recommend using this company for your sheds/cabins and we will be using them again if the need arises!

Quoted a fair price plus moved another shed that was hit by a tree back in place at no additional charge. When they first came over to give the quote till the shed was installed in place was less than two weeks which I thought was excellent. Family owned and all were friendly. Would use them again.

So glad we found Ozark Premier Bldgs in Huntsville. They do high quality work (building sheds). My husband & I found them to be very reputable and Nelson was so easy to work with. We had been looking for a shed for almost a year. I had read reviews and of too many horror stories to just buy from the first place we contacted.
Nelson was professional and helpful, and obviously interested in helping us get what we wanted & needed, (rather than trying to upsell us things we didn’t need). And our 14×28 shed was ready ahead of time! I was concerned about delivery, as we have a narrow space through some of the trees, an uphill driveway & to top it off a narrow bridge over our creek. But their delivery guy was used to this stuff and safely placed our shed where we wanted it! Fair pricing & good value for the money. We are happy with our purchase and can recommend this company.

I am giving Ozark Premier Buildings 5 stars and I would give them 10 stars if I could! Here’s why.
The people who were all involved in building and constructing the foundation we’re all very professional. They also were VERY nice people. They delivered the building and set it on the foundation that they’d made for us and they made the building to our specifications. Their follow-up was also excellent! I had a small water leak after rain came in through the side door and the roll up door. I called Nelson, the owner. It was so nice to talk to a human being over the phone. I told him about the leak and either they were there the same day or the day after and they fixed the issue with no problems and no attitude! They are very cordial and professional and I would recommend them to anyone!
We would use them again in a heartbeat!

I ordered a 16×36 garage and it exceeded my expectations. It is great and very sturdy. It was delivered and leveled on time. They even followed up afterwards to make sure everything was good with it. I would definitely chose them over any other companies out there. Definitely a superior product and customer service is top notch.

Recently purchased a Ozarks cabin from Nelson at ozark premier buildings. The experience was excellent Nelson is very knowledgeable and professional answered any questions I had the whole process was very easy and pleasant cabin was very well built and to plans we had discussed. The delivery and setup was quick and went very well drivers knew what they were doing and were very professional and efficient put it exactly where I wanted cabin. Overall the whole process was very pleasant from first text to final delivery and would absolutely recommend this business for any cabin or building.

This was the best experience i could have asked for. Their web site is fantastic and that’s what sold me on doing business with Osage. I spent over a month designing our shed. Changing everything from color, size, windows and doors. Once i was confident with my choices then i made the call to move forward.
