7 Year Warranty Your pavilion should make your yard the oasis you desire. That’s why we offer a 7-year warranty on any pavilion we build. Rest assured that we are committed to making you the best pavilion possible.
Treated Lumber Our pavilions are built on 4×6 pressure-treated runners and use 2×6 joists. We have come to find that this additional quality assurance step helps you enjoy your product for years to come. We know that by partnering with us, you will receive a top-quality product at an affordable price.
Sturdy Floors Your pavilion floor is spaced to residential standards at 16” on-center. You can rest assured that the floors will easily handle heavy outdoor furniture, grilling equipment and large planters. What’s more, all the lumber we use is pressure-treated.
Metal or Wooden Siding While most pavilions do not have siding, it is nice to have it as an option to build a half wall for some privacy or build it the whole way up to make it more of a cabana feel. Metal panels are a great option that comes with a 40-year manufacturer warranty. On the other hand, the 50-year LP-Smart siding can be a great option if you desire a natural look.
Upgrades Your Pavilion space can be taken to the next level with some upgrades. Want to have a total sports bar area? Let’s add some electricity for a TV and some lighting. Or add a bench and some railings for a barrier.

Was looking to build a gazebo in the back yard. I checked out the kits at the builder supply but they were too flimsy. Got in touch with Nelson at Ozark Premier. He came out, we discussed what I wanted and what materials. Within a week it was built off site. They laid a gravel pad, leveled it, and delivered my gazebo. All treated lumber except for the rafters. 16×10 and I love it! Top quality workmanship and materials. And 4 years ago he installed my privacy fence. Also top quality. Thanks.

I did my whole transaction remote. This company was trustworthy, timely and fair. Their guys delivered my shed in the exact spot I located it. I questioned if they could move a 12’x20’ shed through steep terrain and trees with switchbacks and rough going. They did just that with skill and more so concern for the shed. I would without hesitation purchase again.

Love my new run in shed and so do my horses. The built in tack room is very spacious and convenient for all my tack and feed. The delivery process was fast and easy. They replaced a part for me that was broke on the ride over and put the shed exactly where I wanted it. Communication between the owner of Ozark Premier Building was also great.
