All of our portable buildings come with a 7-year warranty. With all of the competition out there, we want our customers to know we stand by the work we do. Within the first 7 years of owning your structure, contact us, and we will do your repairs.
Treated Lumber
Your portable building will be constructed on pressure-treated lumber. This will increase the longevity of your building as it is able to resist the Arkansas weather year-round. With regular maintenance, these buildings will last a lifetime.

How Long Will It Take To Have My Building(s) On-Site?
It will take anywhere from a few weeks to a few months to have your building on site. This variance is due to the amount of work we have when we receive your order. To know how long your building will take to be on-site, request a free quote.
Does The Metal and Wood On My Structure Come With A Warranty?
Yes. Our buildings are completely sided with steel and come with a 40-year manufacturer warranty. However, we have seen that when these buildings are adequately maintained, they can last for longer than 40 years. The Wooden siding option comes with a 50 year manufacturer warranty.
What Size Portable Buildings Do You Offer?
We offer our buildings in sizes ranging from 08×10 to 14×40. Additionally, we are able to make your building 16’ wide upon request.
