Your shed’s floor construction is crafted with joists centered at 16 inches, aligning with residential standards. In our relentless pursuit of creating a shed with superior quality, we utilize ¾-inch thick Advantech flooring (tongue and groove). Warranty For 7 Years
You shouldn’t have to pay for an extended warranty when you invest in something like a prefab garden shed. And at the Ozark Prmerier building, you won’t have to. Your prefab garden shed comes with a standard top-to-bottom 7-year warranty. The only thing you will need to do is call us, and we will take care of the rest.
Treated Shed Base
Your shed should come with only the best materials. Your Cottage shed will come standard with treated lumber. Although viewpoints may differ on the necessity of treated lumber, we won’t compromise on the quality of your structures, giving you the ability to rest easy.

All treated lumber except for the rafters. 16×10 and I love it! Top quality workmanship and materials. And 4 years ago he installed my privacy fence. Also top quality. Thanks.
