How We Build
A cabin is an investment in your future. Start with a clear understanding of its construction, completion level, site requirements, and the work included in your proposal.
From Structure to Finished Space
Cabin Shell
Weather-tight exterior with doors, windows, roofing, siding, and flooring, leaving the interior for you or your contractors.
Framed Cabin
Interior framing in place; add electrical, insulation, or other options to fit your plans, and finish the rest your way.
Finished Cabin
Interior finished to the approved plan. Site preparation, permits, and utility connections must be arranged before occupancy.
Review the Details Before You Order
Your consultant will walk through the selected size, roofline, porch, lofts, windows, doors, siding, flooring, and included interior work. Ask which electrical, insulation, plumbing, heating, and cooling items are included in your specific proposal.
Structure and exterior options
Existing cabin models offer a choice of siding, roof, window, door, and porch configurations. Product specifications vary by model and project. Review the written specification sheet with your consultant rather than assuming every photograph shows standard features.
See the original model specification pages for Sweet Escape, Ozarks Cabin, Premier Lofted Cabin, and Cozy Cove.
What Does IRC Mean?
IRC stands for International Residential Code, a model code addressing residential construction. For customers comparing cabins and modular homes, the important next step is to confirm the requirements that apply to the chosen building and delivery location.
Your consultant can help identify the documents and project details to discuss with your local building authority, including foundations, site work, utilities, inspections, and approvals. Confirm the applicable requirements before ordering.
Warranty Details
Ozark Premier Buildings advertises a 7-year workmanship warranty. Manufacturer warranties for siding, roofing, and other products are separate and depend on the materials selected.
Ask your project consultant for the written warranty applicable to your order, including the covered work, exclusions, maintenance requirements, and how to request service.
Prepare for Delivery
Plan for a suitable site, clear delivery access, utility connections, and any required approvals. The first 75 driving miles are included under the standard delivery policy; additional mileage is billed at the current rate confirmed by your consultant. Rent-to-own has separate building and route eligibility requirements.
