7 Year Warranty Did you know that the average car payment lasts 5-6 years? Well, our portable garage is warranted for even longer than your car payment plan. Your garage comes with a 7-year top-to-bottom warranty. We care about you and your belongings; that’s why we promise our workmanship for years to come. The only thing you will have to do is give us a call and get your building squared away.
Treated Lumber To give you the strongest surface for your garage, we use pressure-treated 2×6 joists and 4×6 runners. This treated lumber will give you the best bracing possible to have a strong and robust floor. So regardless of the weight load, your floor can handle the most difficult of loads that you give it.
Sturdy Floors Your garage needs a stronger floor than your typical build. All of the garages that we build have a garage that is spaced at 12” on-center. This gives you a floor strong enough to withstand the weight of your truck, boat, ATV, or heavy wood working machinery. No matter what you are working on, our garages can keep you organized and your items properly stored away.
Metal or Wooden Siding While our first love is metal, we know that the wooden siding on today’s market can create a beautiful garage as well. The metal panels on your project come with a 40-year manufacturer warranty. The LP Smart Side Panels used on your garage comes with a 50-year manufacturer warranty. He came out, we discussed what I wanted and what materials. Within a week it was built off site. They laid a gravel pad, leveled it, and delivered my gazebo. All treated lumber except for the rafters. 16×10 and I love it! Top quality workmanship and materials. And 4 years ago he installed my privacy fence. Also top quality. Thanks.

I did my whole transaction remote. This company was trustworthy, timely and fair. Their guys delivered my shed in the exact spot I located it. I questioned if they could move a 12’x20’ shed through steep terrain and trees with switchbacks and rough going. They did just that with skill and more so concern for the shed. Love my new run in shed and so do my horses. The built in tack room is very spacious and convenient for all my tack and feed. The delivery process was fast and easy. They replaced a part for me that was broke on the ride over and put the shed exactly where I wanted it. Communication between the owner of Ozark Premier Building was also great.
