Do You Deliver?
Yes, we offer free delivery up to 50 miles from our location. If your building site is more than 50 miles away a delivery fee will need to be calculated.
Do I Need A Concrete Pad For My Shed?
A concrete pad is always ideal for any building size or type. On smaller buildings a packed level gravel pad is sufficient. If a level pad cannot be created, the smaller buildings can be set on concrete block piers. Larger buildings are best set either on a concrete pad or on a level-packed gravel pad.
Will Ozark Premier Buildings Prep The Building Pad?
If you need a building pad prepared, please contact us to schedule the pad prep before delivery.
Do You Offer Rent To Own?
Yes, we offer Rent-To-Own on all building models. Check out our information on our Rent-To-Own options.
Do Ozark Premier Buildings Come With A Warranty?
Yes, all buildings come with a 7-year workmanship warranty.
All siding and roofing metal has a 40-year manufacturer warranty, and wooden LP siding comes with a 50-year warranty. This metal warranty only covers premature paint deterioration and excludes failure due to damage
Is Sales Tax Included In The Price?
Sales tax is calculated and added in addition to the quoted or given price.
Who Takes Care Of Permits?
Each customer is responsible for compliance with local laws or restrictions and securing any necessary permits prior to delivery.
(Exception) Permits pertaining to the transport of the building are handled by Ozark Premier Buildings.r

I did my whole transaction remote. This company was trustworthy, timely and fair. Their guys delivered my shed in the exact spot I located it. I questioned if they could move a 12’x20’ shed through steep terrain and trees with switchbacks and rough going. They did just that with skill and more so concern for the shed. Love my new run in shed and so do my horses. The built in tack room is very spacious and convenient for all my tack and feed. The delivery process was fast and easy. They replaced a part for me that was broke on the ride over and put the shed exactly where I wanted it. Communication between the owner of Ozark Premier Building was also great. He got back to me quickly and answered all my questions. Highly recommend these guys!

I submitted a cabin online through his shed design and within an hour Nelson reached out to me. I was nervous with designing our cabin but he listened to what I wanted and offered great suggestions! He answered all my questions I had throughout the whole process. His crew that delivered the cabin was amazing also! He navigated it with ease and was efficient with setting the cabin for us.
